Job Opportunity: Senior Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled senior leader to oversee our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large commercial food service operations, including airlines, convention centers, and hotels.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 200+ personnel, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • They will also be accountable for overseeing all kitchen operations, catering production, and ensuring accuracy in recipes and menus prepared to meet airline customer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the senior leadership group to achieve objectives, focusing on improving productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Provide professional and effective direction for all culinary team members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee growth and development.
  • Mentor and lead kitchen managers, including Executive Chefs and Exec Sous Chefs, to drive business results and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in managing a large commercial food service operation with a proven track record of achieving results.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing a team of 200+ personnel, with a strong focus on teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.
  • Financial acumen and understanding of large P&Ls, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
