About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Cars24. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their car-buying journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver a personalized experience.
  • Test Drives and Sales: Conduct test drives with customers, providing detailed information about the vehicles and ensuring a smooth sales process.
  • Process Management: Collaborate with the customer operations team to ensure efficient processing of customer requests, including vehicle preparation and delivery.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as paperwork and documentation, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of customer-facing processes, helping to shape the strategic direction of our business.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Focus: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Docs, Hubspot, and other CRM/Sales Software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
