About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Housing CX Consultant to join our Local Government - Social and Affordable Housing Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and configuring Civica's Housing Software, providing expert advice to our customers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure Civica's Housing Software to meet customer needs
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on product configuration and tailored solutions
  • Deliver onsite and remote consultancy, services, and support to customers during implementation, post-live, testing, training, and presentations
  • Document customer configuration requirements and assist in updating and developing tailored training courses
  • Contribute to product specification, testing, and recommendations for product enhancements
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of the Housing Market
  • Up-to-date with policies for Social Housing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working directly with customers and in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to manage expectations and control change in an IT projects environment
  • Highly analytical and a problem solver
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines
