About the Role

As a key member of the Probe CX team, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation and Capture to drive revenue growth through high-impact marketing initiatives targeting enterprise-level B2B clients.

This strategic leadership role requires a forward-thinking individual who can navigate complex market dynamics, align cross-functional teams, and overcome challenges in competitive landscapes and rapidly evolving customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement comprehensive demand generation and capture strategies targeting B2B enterprise customers across a portfolio of brands.
  2. Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, engagement, content, and ABM initiatives.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists, fostering their development and ensuring the successful execution of demand-generation initiatives.
  4. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and executive teams, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  5. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with growth objectives and ensure seamless lead hand-off.
  6. Analyse campaign performance and optimise strategies based on data-driven insights.
  7. Manage marketing automation and CRM platforms, ensuring efficient lead capture, nurturing, and scoring processes.
  8. Oversee content creation efforts for demand generation, including success stories and engagements.
  9. Identify and experiment with new channels or tactics to increase demand generation.
  10. Manage budget allocation and ROI tracking for all demand generation programs.
About You

You're a strategic leader with strong project management skills, capable of aligning cross-functional teams to drive impactful B2B demand generation campaigns. You bring deep expertise in digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing, and are proficient in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

You excel in content development, storytelling, and aligning marketing with sales goals to foster collaboration. Adaptable and detail-oriented, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are skilled in managing budgets to maximise ROI. Your strong communication skills enable you to present strategies and results clearly to senior leadership.
