Inclusion Initiatives Coordinator

The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of initiatives and programmes to support student inclusion and equality. This will include coordinating targeted programmes such as Student Equality Collaborators and Elevate programme.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver projects that promote student inclusion and equality.
- Coordinate programmes and events to support students participating in equality initiatives.
- Project manage targeted programmes, including supporting delivery and events as required.
- Contribute to the wider work of the student inclusion team through events, campaigns and communications activity.
- Educated to first degree level or equivalent professional experience.
- Passionate about improving the experience and outcomes for underrepresented student groups.
- Experience of project management and working with stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in using online portals for student worker jobs.
