A key opportunity exists for an individual to contribute to the strategic implementation of people initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, learning and development.

About the Role
  • Contribute to the implementation of people strategies by coordinating communications and contributing to employee experience.
  • Coordinate and deliver learning and development activities including managing mandatory training, and providing data insights into staff development.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives that enhance people systems and our service delivery.
Key Requirements
  • Sound knowledge of NSW public sector HR frameworks, including relevant policies.
  • Broad experience across key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance, training, and policy administration.
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting workforce data and generating reports for operational and strategic use.
  • Highly developed communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
What We're Looking For
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Education or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a HR generalist or learning and development role, ideally within a public sector or complex regulatory environment.
