Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to coordinate comprehensive workplace health programs that help organisations improve the wellbeing of their workers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful workplace health initiatives, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment.

About the Role
  • Plan, coordinate and evaluate comprehensive workplace health programs including health checks, skin checks, health expos, ergonomic assessments, seminars, online classes and flu vaccinations for your assigned client portfolio.
  • Provide recommendations on wellbeing initiatives that would support the health of your customer cohort, ensuring programs align with organisational objectives and employee needs.
  • Utilise your professional background for the practical implementation of services, such as providing health checks, nutrition consultations or providing group training sessions, clinical development and content creation.
  • Ensure follow-up of high-risk participants identified during service delivery and facilitate referrals into mental health services where appropriate.
  • Assist in the general operations of physical health within your office location, and provide training and support to more junior staff members or health professionals.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring all services meet quality standards and compliance requirements whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Your Qualifications

You have experience in health program coordination or a related field, and possess exceptional organisational and communication skills. You are results-oriented and proactive, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
