Client Service Executive Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Executive to join our team. As a key member of our global operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will have a proven track record of success in account management, with a deep understanding of commercial insurance and reinsurance principles.

About the Role:

  • Provide account management services for allocated global accounts, including collaborating with assistant client service executives to ensure administrative activities are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Work closely with credit control, multinational processing service unit, and other departments to resolve accounting and processing issues.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their brokers, serving as the primary point of contact for all service-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and support assistant client service executives in account handling activities.
  • Support business development and client relationship activities.
  • Account handling and supporting global client executive's and underwriters on relevant accounts/activities.
  • Ensure renewal terms are obtained from controlling underwriters and information passed to and agreed with the local client/broker.
  • Communicate with underwriters, clients, brokers, Chubb offices and external parties.
  • Work within the framework of Chubb ethical and service standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3-5 years prior insurance and reinsurance industry knowledge across commercial lines.
  • Proficient in MS Office to intermediate level of understanding.
  • Ability to interpret information and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
