We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Client Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

The Senior Client Service Coordinator will provide administrative support to senior account service leads, ensuring the smooth operation of key accounts and agency functions. This role involves acting as the first point of contact for general enquiries, managing shared inboxes, processing supplier invoices, and coordinating content production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communications
  • Monitor and manage shared inboxes to ensure prompt response to client inquiries
  • Process supplier invoices and raise purchase orders (POs) to track costs
  • Assist with client invoicing, quote sourcing, and coordination of work-in-progress meetings
  • Organize travel, team events, and support senior leadership team expenses
  • Coordinate content production, including photoshoots, deliverables tracking, and monthly digital analytics reports
  • Support website checks, magazine mail outs, and general administrative filing
  • Write internal communications and assist content editors with research and fact-checking
