Job Description:We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Account Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients by working closely with offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage client relationships to ensure effective delivery of services• Work closely with offshore teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to quality standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:• Minimum 2 years' experience in fund services• Experience in various systems, including HiTrust, Paxus, Pega, and Chorus• Finance degree• Commercial experience in working with clients in a delivery service model• Exposure to offshoring models highly advantageous
