Job Title: Client Services Manager

This role requires leading the delivery of exceptional client services and managing core business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performance culture by fostering positive relationships across employees, contractors, and clients.
  • Design and implement people policies and processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and HR systems.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management, employees, and clients, providing expert guidance on people-related matters.
  • Manage employment contracts and oversee the full employee lifecycle in collaboration with senior leaders.
  • Review and refine remuneration structures, incentive programs, and performance management systems to align with business goals.
  • Drive strategic workforce planning, recruitment, supplier engagement, and agency partnerships.
  • Build strong connections with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a client services or people management role within professional services.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with secretarial and business support processes.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
