Job Description

Digital Metro North works collaboratively with clinical leads and end users to deliver a digital transformation strategy for the health sector. This will create an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North, requiring significant capital works over five years.

About the Role

You will provide specialised business support and management of print and imaging services across Metro North, ensuring they meet health needs. This role reports directly to the Director, Governance and Strategic Initiatives, Digital Metro North.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for print and imaging services, and escalation point for device issues.
  • Provide options to customers on fit-for-purpose devices and functionality, ensuring cost-effective, optimal usage.
  • Facilitate print device management across Metro North Health facilities, including coordinating delivery and installation of new and loan/replacement devices, and removal and decommission of old/damaged devices.
  • Monitor vendor contractual obligations regarding support and maintenance activities, and act as a conduit between the business, Digital Metro North, operational support teams, and vendors to facilitate system upgrades, scheduled maintenance, and outages.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) are achieved by undertaking scheduled and ad-hoc reviews of vendor and Digital Metro North technical team performance.
