Digital and Creative Accounts and Projects Coordinator

We're looking for a high-energy Account & Project Coordinator who can confidently coordinate a segment of our digital marketing projects, keep clients happy, and keep our internal and external teams on track. If you're organised, love talking to people, and live for ticking off tasks.

About the Role

This role is at the beating heart of our agency, connecting clients, creatives, strategists, and developers. You'll coordinate multiple client accounts and campaigns across digital channels, ensuring every project runs smoothly, deadlines are met, and results speak for themselves.

You'll be the glue between clients and the delivery team, and the right-hand to the Account Director, helping turn strategy into action.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing digital projects end-to-end alongside the team across SEO, websites, paid media, and more

  • Running weekly/fortnightly/monthly client meetings (in-person and through video conferencing)

  • Leading client comms with clarity, confidence, and professional charm

  • Creating, assigning, and managing tasks using tools like Basecamp, Notion, and Slack (training provided)

  • Working closely with team leads, freelancers, and outsource partners to move work forward

  • Keeping an eye on timelines and deadlines, ensuring that we meet them

  • Supporting internal resourcing and production planning

  • Generating and delivering monthly client reports

  • Translating technical work into clear client-facing updates

  • Spotting gaps, bringing solutions, and stepping up without being asked

What You Bring to the Table

  • You're extroverted, love working with people, and present well in front of clients

  • You need to be a great team player

  • You've got a sharp work ethic — reliable, tenacious, and not afraid to chase things up

  • You're proactive, organised, and have a strong attention to detail

  • Previous experience in a marketing/digital agency or a similar fast-paced environment

  • Foundational knowledge of digital marketing (across SEO, web, paid, social)

  • SEO knowledge is a big plus

  • Bonus points for GTM, GA4, or basic web/coding knowledge

  • You're a natural organised and details person — you love seeing things through

  • You can juggle multiple clients and still hit every deadline

  • You're cool under pressure and Resilient in client meetings
