Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Expert to lead our clients' digital transformations. As a hybrid professional, you will combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) principles.

Your primary goal will be to deliver innovative, integrated solutions that enhance workplace safety and operational performance. This role involves consultancy, system design, change management, training, and project coordination – helping clients across industries achieve their business goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage Microsoft 365 and related technologies to implement and optimize digital systems for clients
  • Lead client engagements, coordinate internal teams, and contribute to the development of Kitney Toolkit products and services
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Maintain strong industry knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest WHS and technology trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Occupational Health and Safety, or Systems Engineering
  • Demonstrated experience in IT and WHS training design and delivery, team coordination, leadership, innovation, project management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Certifications like Microsoft 365 and Project Management are desirable, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
  • Australian citizenship or permanent work rights with no restrictions
