Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for pursuing opportunities to increase sales volume for individual products and drive growth within each product line. You will clearly articulate TR's solutions to key personas and demonstrate the value drivers for the portfolio.

You will develop processes and manage the execution of sales activity, including lead generation, data capture and enrichment, Outreach/HVS sequences. You will maintain excellent standards and detailed information in CRM systems.

Additionally, you will have a hunter mentality, focusing on driving new sales opportunities using digital tools. You will collaborate with Sales Specialists, Sales Leads, and Marketing functions to design and execute cross-territory campaigns to drive specific sales initiatives and achieve results.
