The Commercial Performance Manager role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth and elevate brand equity. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and deploying dynamic dashboards, providing visibility into key performance metrics. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to streamline reporting, ensuring a 360-degree view across channels, products, and clients.
Key responsibilities include tracking performance across all channels, reporting on key KPIs, and developing strategic insights. You will also analyze initiative results versus objectives, calculate monthly commissions, and manage the Reward & Recognition program.

Required Skills and Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in luxury commercial or retail departments holding a bachelor's degree.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with SAP knowledge preferable and Google Looker highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a motivated self-starter with a curious and flexible mindset.
- Expertise in analytical skills and ability to work with data and database universe.
