National Account Liaison

The role of a National Account Liaison is to develop and maintain relationships with designated OEM accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery and clear communication across the business.

This position involves serving as the primary national contact for day-to-day operational issues, building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, and supporting account managers and operational branches to meet business objectives and exceed service expectations.

Key responsibilities include managing and analyzing customer performance within agreed contractual parameters, identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience, and providing timely and accurate reports on business activities to both account managers and customers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role working with OEMs, dealerships, or fleet management
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to uncover insights and emerging trends
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, presentation, and persuasion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Quick learner and effective problem solver
  • Ability to multitask, plan, and execute effectively
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a collaborative team environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle stressful situations professionally
