About This Opportunity

At Talent International, we are seeking an APS3 Participant Support Officer to join our team in Berwick. This 12-month contract offers a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to make a real difference in the lives of participants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving participant matters, providing counter/reception support, and coordinating appointments. They will also be expected to undertake research activities, prepare reports, and ensure follow-up is completed.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong coordination skills, prior reception experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Microsoft Office proficiency is also essential. While disability or government background experience is advantageous, it is not necessary.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $37.36 plus superannuation, with opportunities for career growth and development within the organization.

Eligibility requirements include undergoing a pre-employment National Police History check, Worker Screening check, and/or Working with Children Check (where required), and providing evidence of Australian Citizenship.
