Key Player in Payroll Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned Payroll Solutions Specialist to spearhead our payroll transformation initiative. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to define their requirements and overseeing the entire payroll implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with clients to define their payroll needs.
  • Managing the full payroll implementation lifecycle (including Time & Attendance products).
  • Successfully implementing payroll products and associated services within required timeframes.
  • Conducting post-implementation reviews and sharing learnings for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Exemplary understanding of payroll processes, including Time & Attendance and processing.
  • Demonstrated experience within a payroll environment (preferably).
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service/client-facing consulting expertise within a payroll/service delivery environment.
  • Highly effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
