
Administrative Operations Manager

Job Summary:
This role involves overseeing the daily operations of an office, ensuring a cohesive and productive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage facilities, including leases, OH&S, office maintenance, cleaning, furniture, computer and telephone facilities, and vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact in reception.
- Administer expenditures and banking activities.
- Ensure Business Management System Quality Assurance certification.
- Oversee communication and IT functions, including procurement of ICT hardware, software, networks, support services, and online systems.
- Coordinate new starter inductions, onboarding, and training support.
- Manage HR departures process.
- Administer IT equipment, phone, and CAPEX requests for new starters.
- Manage office operations, including office communication, ordering supplies, hot desk bookings, catering for meetings, hosting events, and travel bookings.
- Support tender/bid administration, document formatting, and project coordination where required.
- Provide administrative support to leadership.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A self-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general technical affinity.
