**ROLE DUTIES**:

- Co-ordinate all sales orders and invoicing and deliveries with Warehousing
- Work closely with the sales managers and agents
- Organising freight documentation, national and international
- Liaise with Warehousing in ANZ and Europe
- Invoice entry, AP, AR, Bank reconciliations
- Manage stock in MYOB Advanced
- Assist Sales and Marketing team with reporting and stock enquiries

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:
What you'll need
- An enthusiastic, can-do attitude and the ability to get things done
- A friendly disposition who is passionate about supporting the whole team
- A team player who thrives on helping new starters and sorting things out
- The ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with all departments
- Experience as an Office Manager, leading direct reports is essential
- Accounts experience is essential
- Previous experience in Sales, manufacturing environment is ideal
- Strong MS Office and EXCEL knowledge
- Exposure to international freight, transport is desirable
