About the role:
As the Operations Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the success of the Financial Services team. Your responsibilities will include a variety of operational and administrative tasks, such as managing client referrals, tracking performance metrics, and preparing detailed reports. You will also assist with onboarding new team members and administering the professional year program.
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Managing client referrals, operational metrics, and compliance processes.
- Preparing accurate and timely reports to support planning and decision-making.
- Assisting with onboarding, training, and development of new team members, including administering the professional year program.
- Coordinating schedules, documentation, and communications to support projects and training activities.
To be successful you will possess:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in administrative roles, ideally within financial services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The flexibility to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
