Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end compensation data processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across global client engagements.
  • Collaborate with clients and EY offices worldwide to deliver integrated reporting for tax, payroll, compensation, and social security compliance.
  • Leverage data analytics and automation tools to streamline high-volume data workflows.
  • Drive client engagement and project delivery through strategic meetings and daily communications.
  • Support regional growth and team development by mentoring junior team members and collaborating with the regional EY network.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years' experience in global mobility, employment tax, or related fields, preferably in professional services or internal HR/tax/finance teams.
  • Strong analytical and data handling skills, including Excel expertise and interpreting data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, essential for managing global stakeholders and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, critical for handling sensitive compensation and compliance data.
  • Process improvement mindset, with a willingness to innovate and use automation tools to enhance efficiency.
