Job Overview:

The Global Employee Data Solutions Manager will lead and optimize global compensation processes, overseeing monthly data collection, processing, and payroll reporting across international client engagements.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with EY teams and client contacts to align tax, payroll, compensation, and social security reporting, while managing offshore support in India to delegate and review tasks effectively.

Additionally, drive client success and regional growth by engaging in strategic client meetings, supporting onboarding and implementation, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to expanding services and capabilities across the APAC region.

To be successful in this role, one must possess experience in global mobility and compliance, skilled in data analysis and stakeholder management, and detail-oriented and process-driven.
