Our Sales Team
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic Sales team. As a Finance and Insurance Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams to enhance collaboration and achieve mutual goals.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Understand and analyze customer needs to provide tailored finance and insurance solutions that meet their requirements.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly finance and insurance targets to drive business success and achieve performance goals.
- Solution Provision: Offer expert advice and guidance on finance and insurance products, ensuring that customers receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services and solutions.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and performance metrics. Prepare regular reports on progress and achievements.
