We are seeking a seasoned Business Development and Sales Director to join our eWave team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of our business through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. Utilizing your extensive experience in the IT Consulting industry, you will identify and pursue new opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with key clients, and leverage your expertise to deliver value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and partnerships.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver winning proposals and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and prioritize sales opportunities, ensuring timely closure and growth.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Consulting, with a focus on sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on business acumen.
