About the Role

As a key member of the Advisory Group leadership team, the Director, Business Development will lead the organisation's business development strategy, systems and external engagement to grow the reach, uptake and value of programs and services. This role will provide leadership and operational management to this important function, while working laterally across the organisation to drive commercial growth and innovation through an evidence-based and client-centric approach.

About You

You are a strategically accomplished, inspiring and collegiate business development leader with a strong commercial acumen and advanced relationship building and management abilities. With a proven record in B2B engagement, partnerships and business growth, you have experience working in consulting, public sector or learning and development organisations and selling or advising into government. Your advanced organisational know-how and agility to create and implement strategies and systems to address complex priorities are essential for this role.
