Customer Service Team Leader

  2. Demonstrated experience in team management, delegation, training, and development
  3. The ability to think outside the box with excellent problem-solving skills
  4. Proficiency in data analysis and adeptness with spreadsheet tools
  5. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  7. Sound computer literacy and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
  8. Proactive team player
  9. Experience in change management is a bonus
