About the Position:

As a leader in customer service, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire customer experience and ensuring it aligns with company values. This includes managing day-to-day operations, scheduling installations, retention, and follow-ups.

Key responsibilities include developing customer satisfaction goals, training representatives to provide solar services, and providing direction and feedback to the customer service team.

Additionally, you will need to liaise with sales, marketing, IT, and finance to address customer experience issues, including faulty product replacements, warranty services, and installations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership and team management style, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer service management role, preferably in the renewable energy sector
