We're seeking a skilled Digital Experience Designer to help shape the user interface of our public-facing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create intuitive interfaces that meet user needs.
  • Work independently on ambiguous problems, from start to finish, using robust design processes.

Our ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe XD, Figma or equivalent tools, as well as testing prototypes with users and capturing insights. They will also understand accessible design principles, including WCAG guidelines and AA Compliance.

Requirements
  • Australian citizenship is required, along with an AGSVA Baseline or higher security clearance.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid or fully remote environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

We encourage applicants who are passionate about creating user-centred experiences. This role is subject to a 12-month contract with a 12-month option.
