Job Overview

The Site Environment, Waste and SHE Administration Coordinator role involves ensuring site compliance with NSW legal requirements and Unilever Management System.

  • Procurement of SHE Suppliers is managed through purchase orders and processes.
  • Monthly ERS and SPR reports are completed by the 7th or before each month.
  • Yearly reporting is finalised.
  • The Annual Return is submitted via the E-Connect system for EPA NSW.

Candidates should have at least 5 years' experience in Safety, Health and Environment systems management within a manufacturing environment.

A Certificate IV in Safety or Environmental Management or higher qualification in a related field is required.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, hands-on and willing to spend time on the shop floor.

They should possess strong knowledge of New South Wales WHSE legislation and excellent computer and literacy skills.

Effective communication skills are essential, including the ability to present information to various audiences.

The successful candidate will also establish and build working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
