**SHE Coordinator**:
Our team in **Sydney** currently has an opening for a **SHE Coordinator**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Responsible for leading the site safety, health and environment agenda at the various site locations in alignment with the company's strategic direction, building the SHE strategic framework with a core focus on risk and compliance and implementing safety
management systems which promote the reduction and effective and safe management of workplace injuries and hazards, including promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Cert4 in WHS (minimum)
- 1-2 years in a similar Safety, HSE, WHS role within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communicator, able to build relationships across teams.
- Working knowledge/experience in chemical manufacturing / distribution / manufacturing industry or similar fields advantageous
- Familiar with safety systems and process safety would be ideal
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and passionate about safety.
