**Job Overview**

The SHE and Security Officer supports the site's Safety, Health, Environment, and Security (SHE) annual and long-term plans in compliance with corporate requirements, laws, and regulations. This role enhances the overall SHE culture, performance, and adherence to standards and regulations.

The SHE and Security Officer collaborates with the SHE Manager as the primary administrator and coordinator of documentation, procedures, training, and best practices in the realms of Safety, Health, Environment, and Security. The position also provides support to other SSC members and Supervisors on-site in explaining, training, and enforcing these requirements.
