At the forefront of safety, health and environment initiatives in our region, we are seeking an exceptional leader to champion our ANZ workers' and business units' needs.

This is a key role that requires strong leadership and practical support to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in SHE systems management, certification in OH&S or a related field, and excellent computer and literacy skills. Autonomy, data analysis, and project management skills are also desirable.

Key responsibilities include maintaining our SHE system to ensure compliance with company and industry requirements, developing and tracking SHE Improvement Plans, driving continuous improvement in the physical environment and safety culture, leading consultation structures and committees, and facilitating and leading working groups focused on SHE programs.

You will lead by example, promoting a culture of accountability and responsibility among our employees. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and mitigating potential risks and hazards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing effective solutions to improve our SHE performance.
