Finance Business Partner Role

This is a pivotal role within our high-performing finance team, driving performance through financial planning, insightful analysis, and commercial decision support.

  • Budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes are key to this position. You will collaborate closely with operational leaders to deliver actionable financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

  • As a hands-on partner, you will bring your analytical mindset and commercial acumen to tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, dashboard reporting, and financial modelling.

  • Key responsibilities include end-to-end budgeting and forecasting across business units, variance analysis, identifying key drivers of business performance, developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports, and presenting financial and operational insights to senior stakeholders.

  • Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting month-end/year-end close processes, contributing to contract optimisation projects, and identifying and implementing improvements across reporting systems and financial processes.

  • It is essential to have strong financial modelling and business partnering skills, as well as advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365). Confident communication and presentation skills, along with stakeholder engagement abilities, are also highly valued.

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python is highly desirable, and bonus points are given for experience in the service industries.
