Financial Modelling Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Financial Modeller to join our Business Intelligence team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining complex financial models, providing insights into past and forward estimates of performance.The role requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to consolidate asset performance and macro inputs to drive business decisions. Additionally, the Financial Modeller will perform scenario and sensitivity analysis at a portfolio level to assess the impact of various equity exposures in the company's asset portfolio.Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining and operating models used in the planning process, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and suitability for use.
  • Ensuring financial models integrate with each other and result in insights supporting business decision-making.
  • Refreshing models with updates to economic, pricing, cost, and generation level inputs, while ensuring rigor and best practice.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Strategic Finance team to deliver high-quality results and contribute to the growth of the business.
