About the Role

This role will see you working closely with experienced market-leading specialists, gaining detailed valuation experience and developing your skills in producing high-quality reports. You will also have the chance to attend client and industry functions, interacting with clients and gaining valuable insights into the market.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for producing timely and accurate valuation reports under supervision.
  • You will work closely with our team to develop strategies for achieving business growth.
  • You will assist in preparing quotations for valuations and update databases accordingly.
About Your Qualifications and Skills
  • You must be currently enrolled in tertiary qualifications enabling membership to API.
  • You must possess excellent time management skills and be proactive in finding solutions to problems.
  • You must have strong computer literacy, particularly with MS Excel and MS Word.
  • You must be able to build effective relationships at all levels of the business.
  • You must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
