This role involves identifying, attracting and onboarding top talent to meet the company's dynamic business needs. It ensures that staffing requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate recruitment programs administration
- Screen and file incoming resumes, background checks, and reference checks
- Organize initial screening interviews and telephone interviews or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants
- Maintain accurate records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process
- Create new hire packets and schedule background checks and drug tests for prospective applicants
- Administer typing and math tests to prospective applicants as necessary
- Arrange travel for applicants if required
- Provide general support for the TA department and related stakeholders
- Associate's Degree in a relevant field with less than one year of relevant experience preferred
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines on deliverables
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
