About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Grace Worldwide. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods and resources to ensure seamless execution of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate import and export shipments, including warehouse arrivals, unloads, groupage departures, LCL collections, and delivery airfreight collections and delivery.
  • Schedule daily movements of wharf and rail contractors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the operations team, including logistics and cost management of domestic and international containers.
  • Manage container movements into and out of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
  • Perform container audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders, including sales, administration, and operational teams.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
