Sales and Business Development Director

Cropx Inc., a leading agricultural technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue in Australia.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, including commercial, legal, financial, and marketing stakeholders.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a significant sales pipeline to contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Partner Management: Manage day-to-day relationships with partners, including commercial, legal, financial, and marketing aspects.
- Opportunity Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing relationships and define revenue potential.
- Internal Collaboration: Lead internal interfaces and operations to deliver customer requirements.
- 7+ years of sales and/or business development experience in new markets.
- Proven experience in the agricultural industry with a strong network.
- Excellent negotiation, business judgment, creative problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong project management, communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
