Regional Services Manager Opportunity
The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Support Office Manager to oversee the Aftermarket team in Sydney and remotely located teams in Oceania/APAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, providing high-level customer support, and acting as a point of escalation.Key Responsibilities include:
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to a cross-functional team
  • Develop financial and operational objectives for the region
  • Manage resources to meet objectives
  • Guide and evaluate staff performance
  • Liaise with local regulatory authorities
  • Serve as the in-region management focal point for Aftermarket activities
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to uphold company values
  • Develop strategic support plans for regional customers
  • Resolve issues with local teams in real-time
  • Manage office operations including legal, payroll, benefits, and governance
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
