Team Leader Opportunity in Aged Care

Aged care assessment services play a vital role in ensuring older Australians receive the care and support they require.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team, delivering quality aged care assessments across NSW region 4. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading, developing, and engaging team members to meet performance indicators
  2. Fostering a positive team culture where employees are engaged and have clear expectations of their role and responsibilities
  3. Ensuring aged care assessors work in accordance with established vision, mission, values, policies, and procedures

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience managing a team or providing direct mentorship to staff
  • Knowledge of My Aged Care portal and the aged care sector
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
