  • The role would suit an individual with experience in delivering a high-quality and timely service, as well as information and advice to internal and external stakeholders.

Our Opportunity:

  • We are seeking a Support Professional to join our Brisbane-based team on a full-time basis.
  • In this role, you will cultivate collaborative relationships and provide an exceptional level of support.
  • You will be responsible for:
  • Proactively supporting 3-4 Partners in efficient correspondence and diary management using Microsoft Office.
  • Managing strong professional relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders and their assistants.
  • Organising meetings and events both internally and externally.
  • Event management for small to large events.
  • Special project support as and when required.
  • Providing administrative support for business development initiatives and engagements.
  • Maintaining the CRM database and running CRM reports as and when required.
  • Working autonomously and managing highly confidential information.
  • Submitting weekly timesheets and expenses.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years' experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, demonstrating confidence, strong personal presentation skills, and the ability to liaise at executive levels.
  • A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, a strong ability to prioritise competing demands, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to work.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, with other skills also considered favourably.
