**Key Support Role for Senior Executive**

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual to provide high-level support to a senior executive. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's office and contributing to the efficient delivery of strategic business initiatives.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

- Provide exceptional administrative support, creating a proactive and efficient office environment for the executive.
- Manage diary, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and handle sensitive information on behalf of the executive.
- Screen and prioritise communications, escalating urgent matters as necessary.
- Assist in managing approvals, ensuring relevant information is in place for the executive's review.
- Ensure the executive is fully briefed and prepared for meetings, with clear agendas and action follow-ups.
- Plan, organise, and deliver employee engagement activities and events.

**What You'll Bring**

- Minimum 3-5 years experience as an administrative assistant or executive support professional at a senior level.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively establish priorities, anticipate needs, and use sound judgment to manage complex, confidential, and sensitive activities.
- Resourceful and logical thinker with excellent attention to detail.
- Analytical and presentation skills.
- Proven organisational and time management skills.
- Enthusiastic self-starter with excellent ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and office management software (travel, expenses etc); and
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of the broader team.
