The Health Centre Coordinator or Manager plays a vital role in leading daily operations, supporting staff, and delivering frontline patient care. About the Roles- Health Centre Coordinators: Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, culturally safe primary health care in the Kimberley region.
- Health Centre Managers: Oversee clinic services, manage budgets and workforce needs, and provide both clinical and operational leadership.
Both roles are hands-on and require confidence in clinical care, team support, and operational leadership. Strong communication and cultural awareness skills are also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily operations and support staff to deliver frontline patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Manage budgets and workforce needs to ensure efficient operation of the clinic.
- Provide clinical and operational leadership to multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner (AHPRA).
- Remote health or Aboriginal community-controlled service experience.
- Confidence in clinical care, team support, and operational leadership.
- Strong communication and cultural awareness skills.
- WA-recognised REC, ALS, or Immunisation Provider qualifications.
- Attractive salary: Earn between $130,000–$138,000 per year.
