We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Managed Service Provider (MSP) Program Team as an Account Lead at Randstad Sourceright EMEA B.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our MSP Program and will own the relationship with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Innovative Solutions: Provide creative solutions to address client needs and drive business growth.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve revenue targets by delivering results as defined in the annual account budget.
- Service-Level Metrics: Implement strategies to achieve contracted service-level metrics and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in the outsourcing staffing industry, preferably within MSP.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead people in an account management capacity.
- Proficiency in Fieldglass is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives.
- Experience presenting to C-level executives.
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects.
- Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
