HR Business Partner - Senior Capability

This strategic role focuses on delivering operational HR service excellence across designated client groups, encompassing executive, senior leaders, and frontline managers.

The successful candidate will leverage best practice HR knowledge in harmony with influencing and communication skills to drive employee engagement, compliance, and organizational improvement. The key areas of focus include leadership development, talent and succession planning, change management, workforce planning, and the full HR life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement of the HR function through effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Support the HR Advisor on industrial relations matters.
  • Lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations and prepare relevant documentation.
  • Provide guidance and advice to managers on complex underperformance, misconduct, disciplinary action, and dismissals.
  • Manage complex workplace investigations and grievance resolution from start to finish.
  • Promote process improvements through education and engagement of team members.
  • Act as a Change Champion, driving initiatives that impact employee engagement, culture, processes, systems, and leadership capability.

A solid understanding of employee relations, procedural fairness, natural justice, and the Fair Work Act is essential for success in this role.'],
