Senior People & Capability Business PartnerThis role involves strategic and operational HR service delivery across a designated geographical client group.
The Senior People & Capability Business Partner will apply best practice HR knowledge in harmony with developed influencing and communication skills to align with the HR Strategy.
Key responsibilities include driving continuous improvement of the HR function, providing support on industrial relations matters, leading negotiations for enterprise agreements, and offering counsel and advice to managers on underperformance, misconduct, and dismissals.
The successful candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, possess experience in employee relations, and demonstrate a strong understanding of National Employment Standards and Fair Work Act.
They will also be able to lead and mentor HR Advisors, Officers, and Administrators, work autonomously, and exhibit exceptional communication skills, building trusted working relationships with business leaders.
- Drive continuous improvement through effective influencing and collaborative working relations.
- Provide support on IR related matters.
- Lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations and prepare relevant paperwork.
- Offer support, counsel, and advice to managers on complex underperformance, misconduct, disciplinary action, and dismissals.
