Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner. This is a full-time opportunity that will involve influencing both the strategic and operational areas of HR.

  • The ideal candidate will have significant proven experience in a Senior HR role within a complex multidisciplinary environment.
  • They will be responsible for delivering the strategy and key workforce initiatives, partnering with leaders to deliver people strategies, and providing expert guidance on employee relations, dispute resolution, and compliance.
  • The selected candidate will also design and implement organisational development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and change management, and analyse workforce data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvements.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional who is passionate about organisational development and navigating industrial landscapes. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of HR Manager to coach, mentor, and develop HR team members, and champion diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of HR to deliver the strategy and key workforce initiatives
  • Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, dispute resolution, and compliance
  • Design and implement organisational development programs
  • Analyse workforce data to inform strategic decisions
  • Coach, mentor, and develop HR team members
