Federal Administrative Support Officer

Talent International is currently seeking a highly skilled Federal Administrative Support Officer to join our team in Coffs Harbour, Charlestown, or Parramatta.
As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing essential administrative support, ensuring effective communication with participants and internal/external stakeholders. This opportunity offers a great chance for someone skilled in administration and ready to manage workflow efficiently under regular guidance from senior management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Participant Engagement: Resolve participant matters by actioning planning tasks aligned with the NDIS Act, promoting participant autonomy and independence.
- Reception Support: Assist participants in self-help kiosks, answer inquiries, and offer online support, ensuring seamless participant experience.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, refer customers to relevant services, and manage the shared team email inbox, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Administrative Support: Coordinate appointments, maintain accessible office facilities, and handle data entry, reporting, and complaint tracking, contributing to efficient team operations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong administrative support skills, including diary and email management, drafting replies to correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
- Effective communication with diverse internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise messaging.
We are offering a competitive hourly rate of $37.36 + Super, a 38-hour workweek (7.6 hours per day), and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of participants.
